Lego Star Wars 3 The Clone Wars Malfunctioning?

Okay,so here is the story.I went to the first count dooku level [not the prologue]to get the black car for the bonus vehicles set.I finished the level with 8 minikits.I also was in the car at the end of the level.Is my game malfunctioning?And how do I get the other 2 minikits.They aren't there and there is nothing to destroy to get them.
