When I'm working with my laptop and charging it as well,I discover that the charger gets too hot in no time?

I discover that my cursor begins to move randomly at a fast pace,and my charger gets too hot when I am working with my Laptop and charging it at the same time. Sometimes my laptop trips off and restarts on it's own or my browser starts to malfunction.
