(Toronto) How do the OPP know if you are alone in an HOV lane?

If the windows are so dark that you can't see anything, they're too dark and they'll be getting a ticket for that. If you have a baby in the back they might pull you over, but upon seeing the baby they will let you go on your way. Slight inconvenience to the driver, but that's the price of keeping traffic flowing.
