How to look hotter ??? ?

Heeeeeeey(: I'm 15 and a sophomore in high school. I get that I look young ALL the time. I wanna look hotter and more mature. I don't want to look like a total whore unless that's what it takes. I have medium length blonde hair, Steele blue eyes, 5 foot 3 and am very pale.
