How do Cons feel about Michael Steele being hired as an MSNBC political analyst?

Oh please, I would bet that when Steele goes on the network will cut away to a commercial or a "breaking story". MSNBC is not Fair and balanced, and never will be. They think by putting a token on they will match Fox"s ratings. I spent the whole day watching MSNBC and saw one black person and he was on for about 2 minutes. They are not only not "fair and balanced" but racist to boot.
