How do I tell her? Her mp3 player is broken?

4 month ago I borrowed a mp3 player for a friend.....now she wants it back....fine...but the thing is one day it stopped working out of no where. I took it to radio shack they told my something malfunctioned inside. To call samsung I did..they said they would fix it and send another one out. The problem is this woman is a DRAMA QUEEN....she going to start blaming me and yelling. Keep in mind she bought the player off the street....I didnt drop it or anything. How do I tell her!!!
