Will my girlfriend be ok?

She was leaning out of a window in a hotel and fell! Her brother caught her by the arm before she fell too far but she still hit her head hard on the way down and her eye is blinded (idk if temporary or not) and she took some brain damage near her eye, too. And if her brain malfunctions she could get a heart attack and die! Can anyone tell more about this brain injury and if she will be ok or not?
