Hand cream and sweaty hands o.O how does that work?

actually, i want to buy a hand cream for my mum but i am not sure if this is what she needs. She does manual works, plants a lot and it seems that her finger joints/comb joints have become dry, very dry (not on the palm side, but the other side). And i was thinking that a hydrating hand cream will be really nice, but she has reeaaaally reeeeeeeeeaaaly sweaty hands, droplets dripping off sometimes. So anyone has any idea for me?And sweaty hands do not need hydrating cream, right?? so? o.O any suggestions??
