LED pool lamp problem?

Bought a LED pool lamp to replace the standard lamp in my inground pool. It was supposed to last over 10,000 hrs and doesn't even have half of that on it, and its malfunctioning. Has several functions. Everytime you flip the switch, it goes to another color, fade effect,flashing effect, etc. Now its stuck on a neutral color, (white, I guess) The thing costs nearly $400 bucks. Looked at the circuit board, but don't really know what to look for. Can it be fixed? Lost the purchase info, so I don't remember where I got it.
