Hardware Malfunctions Parity Check Windows XP?

My computer has been dying on me and I don't like it. I'm currently writing this message only because safe mode. The other day I came home and when I ran my computer I had no sound. Then it went to a blue screen about Hardware Malfunctions Parity Check. I ran a program called speccy to check if I have the necessary drivers for the things on my computer but it didn't let me in safe mode, and when I tried to do it in normal running the computer froze before results could be posted. Please help and thankyou.
