I work in a cafe for 7 hours every day, which means 7 hours of not sitting down and doing continuous work. Does this count as exercise? The reason I'm asking is because I had a really intense HIIT workout on Monday and I haven't done cardio since then to give myself time to recover, but I was thinking about doing cardio today...so should I give it a bit more time until my legs don't hurt so much since I do so much work, or should I do cardio anyway?
