Ac recharge 2004 kia sedona,help?

Hi I really need help. I have no idea where to charge my ac in my kia. where do I charge it what kind of refigerant do I use and do I check the,low,pressure and high pressure id look in the manual but it doesnt have one. Thanks ahead of time!
