2007 cr125 keeps fouling plugs?

I have a stock 07 cr125 I'm running yamalube in the pre mix 32-1 (manual says 32-1) and ngk spark plugs and I went riding last night and I fouled twice. I was riding it hard not putting around I rode for 2 hours and it ended my night short. Any suggestions? I have no idea how to fix this!
