Answer a few questions about bikes please?

You don't want a BMX bike get a hybrid that is the proper size for you. They are much faster and 8-10 miles is a casual ride. You want a bike from a bike shop not a department store. The only bike that I ever bought from Target is a Forge bike and they are shop quality. Don't know if you are male or female so I can't recommend anything.
